When contacting support about an account or report, include your Ringa username and enough information to identify the issue. Do not send passwords or other authentication secrets by email.

Reporting content

For ordinary post or profile violations, use Ringa’s in-app reporting tools where available. Those reports go directly into the administrator moderation queue.
